2. Consulting Services: For consulting services rendered by Redhatsafety Training and Consulting Pvt Ltd, refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.

3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@redhatsafety.com and provide details of your dissatisfaction and reasons for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
