1. Training Services: If you are dissatisfied with a training course provided by Redhatsafety Training and Consulting Pvt Ltd, you may request a refund within 7 days of completing the course.

 

2. Consulting Services: For consulting services rendered by Redhatsafety Training and Consulting Pvt Ltd, refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.

3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@redhatsafety.com and provide details of your dissatisfaction and reasons for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

 

4. Refund Processing Timelines:

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
  • The credit for the refund will be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Please note that any applicable processing fees or non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
