The European Safety Council Level 6 International Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering is divided into two units.

  • Unit A- Health and Safety Management
  • Unit B -Industrial Hazards, Risks, and Control Measures

European Safety Council's International Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering (ESC's IDHSE) offers the following key features:

  • Course Duration: 6 months
  • Recognition by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) with TSP Status, enabling candidates to prepare directly for the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) exam and receive an exemption from the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) exam.
  • Endorsed by Qualifi, UK
  • ESC's IDHSE is benchmarked to RQF Level 6

ESC's IDHSE Course Details:-

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

Bachelor of engineering degree or any IOSH Level 3 qualifications or science graduate with 3 yrs. Minimum experience or a safety diploma is required.

  • Establishes safety practises for professionals, technicians, technologists, and supervisors.
  • Examines certification applicants' academic and professional experience qualifications. Examinees are subjected to examinations.

TYPE OF ASSESSMENT

  • Unit A consists of a question paper and a 5-hour written exam.
  • Unit B consists of a question paper and a 5-hour written exam.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

  • Any Bachelor of Engineering degree is required
  • Any IOSH-recognized Level 3 Qualifications
  • Science Graduate with 3 Yrs. Experience Requirement
  • Any Safety Diploma

Entry Requirements

  • The assessment consists of a 5-hour written examination. Each unit exam is worth 150 points.
  • Passing Standards – 50% in both Units
  • To obtain the European Safety Council's International Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering, a 'Pass' in both units is required.
